Updated WWMT UI docs

Updated the docs on the main WWMT rollout: Model & Basic QC. Hadn't updated that page in a few years... I guess it was time. Let me know if something is missing or wrong. Note that the image is clickable to jump to the info.

I'll try to get to some of the other UI docs soon.

New WWMT Basics video. Some of the basics videos embedded into the docs are several years old. So it was time to do this. The video explains some of the features in the main UI that are commonly not understood, including how the QC/QCI are related.
