WWMT Material Editor Bug Report

Hello Shawn or WallWorm user!

I have found 2 bugs that I believe where introduced in the recent 3.25 update. The bugs are as follows.

Bug 1: When you append a texture for a model for the first time it will only show brush shaders in the shader selection drop down. You need to deselect and select the "For Model" selection box to show model shaders in the shaders drop down for some reason.

Bug 2: This falls in the same category as Bug 1 because its to do with the material editor again but when you append a brush texture the "For Model" checkbox is checked. It also links into Bug 1 in this way as the box is checked and it will only show brush shaders. Now if I export when that checkbox is selected and a brush shader is selected I get the error "-- No **append** function for undefined" This happens because that box is selected by default. If the box is deselected everything woks. This gets tedious. Very tedious.

Bug 3: This ties the bugs together. You now can not export model textures... Ive just been doing some more testing and have found what ever is causing Bug 1 and Bug 2 is causing this bug. Details have been left below.

Should be fixed in 3.251.
