0.996 Gibs Fadetime Error in Gibs

Changing the fadetime on the Gibs rollout causes an error. I've got a fix for this but it isn't online yet since I am currently testing Wunderboy's new SMD Exporter.

This bug is fixed in the 0.997 update.
