Steam no longer has to run for Studiomdl and Vtex with CS:GO

This may be old news to some of you... but I just learned that you don't have to login to Steam to compile CS:GO assets. This is a pleasant suprise. The older engines (like for cs:s) still require you to login to steam to compile.

Anyway, hopefully this is intended and they keep it that way. It's just more convenient, I think. I've always hated exporting an asset from WW and the console complains that the steam service isn't running--and aften times when that happens you have to restart the computer to get the compilers to work. So at least Valve did one little thing to make compiling a little more convenient.
