Weird Animation/Sequence/Bone issue

Hello Wallworm,

WWMT are fantastic and I been using for a while now.

Anyway,  I have an Elevator model done in max, with animated doors. The doors have several bones with position and lookat constraints.
After I try to export,  WWMT respositions, then rescales the doors and the bones attached to it.

This is what it looks like in Max;

Doors and bones, rescaled/respositioned and they are not doing the proper animation.

I tried Freeze transformations and stuff, but nothing seems to work. I have no idea what I am doing wrong.

I'll try to give it a go but I do know that the current WW SMD Exporter has some very finicky behavior right now with animations. I am working on an update to fix the $bodygroup function I broke last year in updating the SMD exporter; while working on them I am also trying to fix some of the main problems facing rigged/animated model exporting.

I'll make no promises but hopefully can make it a little smoother and easier soon. I'll include your scene in my testing for those updates.
