Welcome to WW :)

Can you share a screen shot of your global settings Paths tab?

OK, now show a screenshot of the BITMAP node in the material editor. Is the bitmap a TGA file?

Hello,

Here are some images of the folders, names and dimensions.

- the 3d model is exported correctly, as you see in the model viewer.

The size of image is: 2048x2048 - 16bit - TGA. I saved directly from Photoshop, and has 3.12mb.

My version of 3dsmax is 2016 64-bit and is updated in SP3.

A couple things to try:

If neither resolve it, we'll have to dig more.

What are your global Material Settings. Make sure all the Legacy options are turned off.

Try changing your BIN directory in main global settings to:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Counter-Strike Source\bin

I believe we found the problem, i have been using a portable version of source sdk.

So i created the directory C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Counter-Strike Source\bin and placed the vtex and other files in it. And i got a different error. I will install Source SDK properly on steam to see if works...
