Title: Collision hull not used?

I created a simple object, with a collision hull. It exports with no errors and it looks correct in editor and in-game.. BUT, the collision is wrong. It looks correct from the model viewer (the red outline), but the yellow bounding box outline displayed in the editor is what's used when in-game. So the model is hovering in the air when placed. Why is that, what's wrong?

Sorry, slow to respond this week.

Hard to say what is wrong without having the original Max scene.
