There is currently a bug in the MDL Loader's handling of concave hulls. At this time, the hulls have both convex and concave parts. We are working on a fix to this.
Although the changelog says this is fixed, in reality there are still problems. Richard Geslot and I are still working on the issue. The new issue is that concave hulls are simply missing from staticprop models.
