Title: Animated Meshes From Unreal Based Games
Post by: KKlouzal on December 10, 2016, 02:20:48 PM
Something you may or may not be aware of
http://www.gildor.org/en/projects/umodel
This allows you to export meshes animated or not from unreal engine based games into .psa and .psk files

http://www.gildor.org/projects/unactorx (MAX Script)
Then import them directly into 3DS Max and use Worm Wall to quickly get it into your source game.

I feel like Worm Wall could integrate the ActorX importer to streamline the porting process of models from Unreal Engine based games to Source Engine based games..?

Hell that feature alone would be more than enough for me to purchase the paid version.

Thanks for the idea. I've got a lot on my plate right now and can't see this being something I'd realistically have time to look into. It's possibly once I look into an Unreal pipeline for WW, but that won't be until at least after Black Mesa is released.
