Hey,
So I looked in the documents from wwmt and read pretty much the whole forums but can't find a solution xD
I'm using 3ds max 2012 x64 sp2 and whenever I try to export a model and its textures to source I just get errors...
using Windows 7 x64
when trying to export the model I get this:
(https://www.wallworm.net/proxy.php?request=http%3A%2F%2Fi45.tinypic.com%2F2w5or9w.jpg&hash=b09ebbba3fe6e8dad3ee7c80d036b1ff031d2026)
it creates all the smd files and .qc in the modelsrc folder but no bat file
also its not present in my mod folder.
as for the texture error:

this one I don't understand aswell because I've set the paths properly and yet it keeps giving me this error no matter how many times I redo the paths or reinstall wallworms. The texture is a 64x64 16bit .tga
modelsrc: d:\games\steam\steamapps\myaccount\sourcesdk_content\ep2\modelsrc
materialsrc: d:\games\steam\steamapps\myaccount\sourcesdk_content\ep2\materialsrc
bindir: d:\games\steam\steamapps\myaccount\sourcesdk\bin\orangebox\bin
gameinfo: d:\games\steam\steamapps\myaccount\half-life 2 episode two\ep2
Got any suggestions ? :'(
That sounds to me like the Bin Dir you've got set is empty. Generally speaking, I'd expect that if vtex.exe and studiomdl.exe are not located in the current Bin Dir. If so, make sure to restart Steam and open Hammer in the flavor of Source you are using and then re-export. Sometimes after a steam update the bin files go missing.
ha your awesome, that worked :D thanks man.
You're welcome :)
