If you have a problem with the displacements not saving properties such as outputs, etc, then you need to rebuild your entity definition cache. I had tools to do this but unfortunately, they were not actually overwriting the actual cache files (just the in-session entity definitions). The tool to fix this now works.

So... if your entity definitions are out-of-date, you can update them by going to your WW settings and press the Reparse button in the FGD section.

You can also delete the cache manually at

C:\Users\YOURUSER\AppData\Local\Autodesk\3dsMax\20## - 64bit\ENU\scripts\WallWorm.com\entities

Note that there are two entity cache files made per your FGD: 1 for the point entities and one for the brush entities. Delete all caches if you need to make sure all are up-to-date... or just those for your current FGD if it is the one that is out-of-date .

If you delete the cache manually while Max is open, still need to click the Reparse button to recreate the entities.
